She quickly grew her clientele and decided to start her own tax service business. Liberty Tax service began in 2013 and then transitioned into now Eagle's Eye Tax Service in 2019.
Simi and her husband Darrell married in 1981. She has 3 children and is a lifelong Johnson County, Illinois resident. They live in her grandparent's home in the rural area.
